What We Do
Transforming lives through compassion and sacred duty
Sheltering & Fostering
Protection of gauvansh commences with rescuing stray or deserted gauvansh in despair. We are equipped with 24*7 ambulances & a rescue team on standby.
Ailing cows that require medical supervision are kept in separate sheds till they heal completely. Team of medical doctors work round the clock.
Rescued Gauvansh are Sheltered in various cow shelters spread across the country, equipped with all facilities and space to roam.
Nourished & nurtured with care, we ensure adequate supply of nutritious food including green/dry fodder, mustard cake, jaggery, grain etc.
Procurement, Storage and Cultivation are another highly important aspect for welfare. We cultivate high-quality green Fodder to ensure seamless & sufficient supply.
Emphasis on Breeding: Research is underway for developing superior quality breeds of Bulls & High Yielding varieties of cow to encourage indigenous rearing.
Bulls are provided on a returnable basis to farmers for bull farming & breeding. This ensures a healthy offspring and empowers local communities.
Organic Farming
Promoting cultivation without synthetic pesticides by providing high yielding organic manure manufactured in our Bio CNG unit.
Environment
Practice and promote Sustainable Energy through Bio Gas Plants & Solar Gensets. Converting 25,000kg cow dung daily to CNG & Manure.
Relief Work
Extending help during natural calamities (Pandemic, Floods) with food, shelter, and medicines for thousands in need.
Food Distribution
Ensuring nutritious food reach those in need, scaling our impact from rescue to sustenance for sheltered Gauvansh and communities.
Vocational Training
Empowering people with skills in organic farming and specialized manufacturing to foster self-sustainability.
Ayurveda

About Us
Krishnayanโ is one of the largest Gaurakshashala of Desi cows in India.
We protect, feed & shelter ailing, starving, destitute and stray Desi Cows & Bulls, saving them from abandonment or butchers. Most are milk barren and are brought to our Gaushala from tough conditions, where they are cared for by hundreds of Gausewaks under the guidance of Saints.
Starting with just 11 cows in 2010, we now shelter and feed more than 21,000 cows across various locations, a number that continues to grow every day.
