A Plate of Food. A Heart Full of Hope.
No one who comes hungry should go back hungry.
Hunger is painful. For someone who has no food, even one fresh meal can bring strength, relief, dignity, and a reason to smile.
At Krishnayan, food is served every day with love, respect, and devotion to needy people, homeless persons, saints, Brahmins, disabled individuals, poor families, children, seekers, devotees, and anyone who comes for food.
At Krishnayan, food is not served as a formality. It is served with respect, compassion, and devotion.
Each meal carries a simple message: “You are not alone. Someone cares.”
For a hungry person, a plate of food is not just dal, roti, rice, or vegetables. It is comfort. It is energy. It is dignity. It is hope.
At Krishnayan, no hungry person is turned away.
Meals are prepared fresh, simple, and nourishing, so they can give real strength to those who receive them. Food may include:
Every meal is served with the spirit of Annadanam — the sacred act of feeding the hungry.
Hunger does not wait. Hunger does not ask who you are, where you come from, or what you believe. A hungry person only needs one thing first — food. Your donation becomes that food. It becomes a warm meal in someone’s hands, strength for a tired body, comfort for a helpless person, prasad for a saint, and hope for someone who had nothing.

Shree Krishnayan Desi Gauraksha Evam Gaulok Dham Sewa Samiti’ is one of the largest Gaurakshashala of Desi cows in India. We protect, feed & shelter ailing, starving, destitute and stray Desi Cows & Bulls, the majority of which are abandoned by their owners or saved from butchers. Most of these Gauvansh are milk barren. These cows are brought to our Gaushala from tough conditions. All these cows are fed, sheltered, and looked after by hundreds of Gausewaks who work round the clock. This Gaushala is run and managed by saints. We do not exploit these cows for milk but distribute it free to saints / tapaswis / Gausewaks / Ashrams.
We started with just 11 cows in the year 2010 in Haridwar, and presently we shelter and feed more than 21000 cows & Bulls in various locations all put together. This number is ever-increasing as stray Desi Cows & Bulls mostly deserted by their owner are brought to our Gaurakshashala every day.
